These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") cover your use of the website rescuewarsonline.com ("the Site"), run by Play Rescue ApS ("we", "us"), a company registered in Denmark. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Site

The Site is the public information page for Niko's Rescue Zoo, a game for Android phones and Windows PCs that is in development. On the Site you can:

• learn about the game and how it is being made;
• sign up to be invited to play it;
• read development news and see pictures and video.

2. The sign-up list

• Signing up does not guarantee access to the game.
• We send invitations at our own discretion, as spots become available.
• If you are invited, you will get an email explaining how to get the game.
• You can take yourself off the list at any time by contacting us.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, 3D models, screenshots, artwork, logos and video, belongs to Play Rescue ApS or is used with permission. You may not copy, distribute or use it without our written consent.

4. Using the Site

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• submit false or misleading information;
• try to get unauthorised access to any part of the Site;
• use automated tools (bots, scrapers) on the Site;
• interfere with the Site or other visitors' use of it.

5. No warranties

The Site and its information are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Niko's Rescue Zoo is in development: its features, content and availability may change.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Play Rescue ApS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from taking part in testing the game.

7. Links to other sites

The Site links to other websites (YouTube, Twitch, Odsherred Zoo Rescue). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Testing the game

If you are invited to test the game, separate terms may apply to the game itself. Test versions are for testing and may contain bugs and unfinished features.

9. Charitable purpose

Play Rescue ApS aims to donate distributable profits after tax to charitable or otherwise beneficial purposes, when this is compatible with the company's continued operation, liquidity and obligations. This is a goal, not a guarantee, and creates no obligation to individual users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes are settled by the Danish courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date.
